Terms of Service & Permitted Use

FCRA-safe scope. This is vendor / business-entity KYB + sanctions compliance screening across public US federal lists. It is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and must not be used to make decisions about an individual's credit, employment, insurance, or tenancy. Sanctions and exclusion screening for compliance falls outside FCRA — we keep it there.

1. What this service is

Exclude Feed is a compliance tool that screens business entities, vendors, suppliers, and counterparties against publicly available US federal exclusion and sanctions lists: OFAC SDN & Consolidated (U.S. Treasury), HHS-OIG LEIE, SAM.gov exclusions, and publicly published state debarment lists. It returns a neutral compilation of public-record facts with links to the primary source.

2. FCRA — what this service is NOT

This service is not a consumer reporting agency and the data it returns is not a consumer report within the meaning of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.). You agree that you will not use this service, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing an individual's eligibility for:

Permitted use is limited to business / vendor KYB due diligence and sanctions / exclusion compliance regarding entities and the principals of entities in a commercial context. Sanctions and exclusion screening conducted for compliance with OFAC, federal procurement (FAR), and healthcare program-integrity rules is outside the scope of the FCRA, and you agree to keep your use within that scope.

3. No adverse action without verification

Matches — particularly name-only matches — can be false positives. Before taking any adverse action you must independently confirm identity (address, government ID, UEI, NPI, or other identifier) against the cited primary source. Presence on a list is a public-record fact and not an allegation by us.

4. Data & freshness

Lists are refreshed from the public sources on a daily cron and seeded from official downloads. Always treat the linked primary source as authoritative for the moment of decision.

5. No warranty

Provided "as is" for compliance screening. We do not guarantee completeness; the official OFAC, SAM.gov, and OIG sources are authoritative.
